Within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours, LUTHERÍA GARRIDO POZUELO, S.L. will send an email to the User confirming the purchase. Said email would assign a reference code for the purchase and detail the Product’s characteristics, price, shipping costs, and the details of the different options to pay for the Products.



Due to the diversity of locations, the delivery time of the products will be approximate and will be indicated in the purchase process. Outside the peninsula, they will oscillate between 7-15 working days. The delivery time will be valid as soon as we confirm the payment in our bank.

You can return the instrument within 14 business days of delivery. We will refund the amount of your purchase (minus the costs of bank transfer fees, or credit cards, shipping costs, or customs duties).

The conditions that can cause a return are the following:

1- That the product does not satisfy you.

Suppose the Product does not satisfy you if the return is unrelated to a defect or error in the Product. In that case, we will be happy to help you choose another instrument more suitable for you, and if you do not want to exchange it for another, we will accept the return within the first 14 calendar days from the date on the receipt of the instrument.

The refund of the value of the merchandise will be processed once we check its good condition in our warehouse. The customer must carry the costs of the return.

We will refund the amount before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date the merchandise has been returned.

2- Damaged Products

If the return or exchange is due to the Product being damaged or broken due to transport, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible to process a replacement/payment.

3- The product is defective in origin.
Once has received the defective Product, it will send you another. In this case, the change will always include the same item or reference. You will only be billed for the first shipment, with taking over the shipping costs for the return and new shipment.

4- The product does not correspond to the placed order. will bear the costs of collecting the wrong Product and delivering the one corresponding to the order.
