Within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours, LUTHERÍA GARRIDO POZUELO, S.L. will send an email to the User, confirming the purchase. Said email will assign a reference code for the purchase, and will detail the characteristics of the Product, its price, shipping costs and the details of the different options to pay for the Products.
Due to the diversity of locations, the delivery time of the products will be approximate and will be indicated in the purchase process. Outside the peninsula they will oscillate between 7-15 working days. The delivery time will be valid as soon as we confirm the payment in our bank.
The territorial scope of sales through the store is exclusively for the areas indicated on the page, so the delivery service will only be for that territory. You can return the instrument within 14 business days of delivery. In which the amount of your purchase will be refunded (less the costs of bank transfer fees, or credit cards, shipping costs or customs duties).
The conditions that can cause a return are the following:
1- That the product does not satisfy you.
If the product does not satisfy you, in the event that the return is unrelated to a defect or error in the product, we will be happy to help you choose another instrument more suitable for you and if you do not want to exchange it for another, we will accept the return within the first 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the instrument.
The refund of the value of the merchandise will be made once we check the good condition of it in our warehouse. The customer must bear the costs of the return.
We will refund the amount before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date the merchandise has been returned.
2- Damaged Products
In the event that the return or exchange is due to the product being damaged or broken due to transport, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible in order to process the replacement / payment of the products.
3- The product is defective in origin.
Once guitarrasgarridopozuelo.com has received the defective product, it will send you another. In this case, the change will always be made for the same item or reference.
